Whole Brain Deployment

The best strategy, the best OGSP means nothing if it isn't effectively deployed to the organization.

OGSP is built to easily deploy.  It's formulated using simple language, one page and links the actual work (Plans) with what the organization is trying to accomplish (Objective).

Nonetheless, deployment has challenges.  Management teams tend to be cerebral and analytical, while the broader organization appreciates planning and inter-personal communication.  This mismatch can lead to ineffective communication.

The HBDI is built around the concept of "whole brain communication."  This means shaping the OGSP message using several cognitive preferences to improve content communication and engagement in the work. For example, the Mission and Objective statements are conceptual in nature, the Goals are analytic, the Strategies and Plans show how the work will be accomplished and the one-page format makes it easy for everyone to feel engaged.
