OUR SERVICES
The One Page Solutions® Toolbox
Focus. Alignment. Results.
Our experienced facilitators follow a proven, structured process that guides each client leadership team to a more focused and actionable plan.
The core of this process is the One Page Strategic Plan® which produces a very clear articulation of WHAT success is for the organization and HOW scarce resources will be allocated to achieve that success via its four components.
WHAT success is for the organization.
Objective
A one-sentence vision of what tangible improvements will happen both externally and internally over this planning period.
Goals
A chart featuring a base year of actuals, and targets for the 3 planning years; any promises made in the Objective must have quantifiable outcome measures in this section to track progress.
How we will invest to achieve that success.
Strategies
Up to five focus areas that define “where you will play” and “how you will win” vs. competition to achieve the Objective and Goals.
Plans
The 3-5 most important projects/initiatives that bring each Strategy to fruition in year one; each includes a single owner and completion date.
Many clients refer to this document as the OGSP® for its four components: Objectives, Goals, Strategies & Plans.
OUR TEAM-CENTERED APPROACH
Our engagement is organized around three in-person or virtual workshops, during which the leadership team engages in candid dialogue about how best to advance the organization’s strategic objectives.
This method capitalizes on your team’s experience and nuanced understanding of your organization and operating environment, drives alignment and commitment across functional areas, and creates an actionable plan for measurement and moving forward.
Our focus is on working with your senior team, while also involving staff and board members as needed. Each engagement is tailored to fit your organization’s unique needs.
More Than a One Page Plan
Beyond the One Page Strategic Plan® document, this process produces other elements of the One Page Solutions® Toolbox to help better define and activate the organization’s chosen strategic priorities.
Won’t Do List®
A page that clearly defines work to Stop, Hold or Limit to free up resources and maintain focus. Demonstrates to employees that leadership is willing to make real choices.
OGSP Scorecard®
A page that tracks the Goals from the OGSP document and quantifiable measures for each of the Strategy planks. Helps the organization to identify performance gaps early in the year to make needed adjustments
Project Summaries
This tool details critical path steps for each Plan supporting a Strategic plank, with a single owner and due date for each. Allows all employees to answer “what does the strategic plan mean to me in my daily work” and drives urgency and accountability across the organization.
Resources and Barriers Analysis
This tool helps to ensure that the organization has the capability to execute the strategic priorities in each budget year. It highlights gaps in staffing and funding so they can be filled quickly. It also highlights internal and external barriers requiring management attention.
Operating Priorities Matrix
This tool displays project work in each quarter to deliver the annual forecast. It helps organizations to set clearer relative priorities by making all work visible, both operating and strategic priorities.
Deployment Plan
This tool provides an annual calendar of communication to all stakeholders, regular scorecard reviews, and annual plan renewals.

“The OGSP process and the discipline of the single page planning has served us well and become part of our language. The entire process has led us back to healthy growth, and I would not run the company or any division without it.”
Rob DeMartini, Former CEO, New Balance, Inc.
