One Page Solutions LLC is a boutique advisory firm offering proven and effective planning approaches designed to help organizations build focused, achievable, actionable, and measurable strategic plans.

WELCOME TO ONE PAGE SOLUTIONS LLC

We’ve been partnering with executive leaders across the U.S. to create and execute strategy since 2001.

We have worked with more than 150 unique organizations and counting in creating their One Page Strategic Plan®. Our facilitators have spent decades on boards and in management and bring unique insights and practical experience to this work. We use a proven, structured process to help our clients make the choices needed to build straightforward strategic plans that tackle big questions and achieve tangible results.

Organizations are more likely to fail from trying to do too much than from doing too little.

We have designed our work to overcome many of the reasons why strategic planning often falls short of expectations:

  • Lack of clarity on what success truly looks like – words and numbers.

  • Failing to make real strategic choices – “straddling.”

  • Executing too many project priorities at the same time.

  • All elements of the plan do not have an owner, due date and outcome measure.

  • Not matching the aspiration of the plan to organizational capability.

  • Not adjusting management team and board agendas to align with the new plan.

Our work goes beyond the planning “event” to ensure your strategy drives action. We help align your strategic plan with annual work plans and individual goals, evaluate new opportunities, track progress, and adjust as needed. The result? A stronger connection between your people and your organization’s priorities.

Our core tool is the One Page Strategic Plan®, a one-page framework that keeps your strategy focused, actionable, and easy to communicate across your organization.

A clearly communicated strategic plan unifies the organization.

What They Say

“People think focus means saying yes to the thing you've got to focus on. But that’s not what it means at all. It means saying no to the 100 other good ideas that there are. You have to pick carefully. I’m actually as proud of the many things we haven't done as the things we have done.”
