Episcopal Retirement Services

Episcopal Retirement Services has been a continuous and disciplined practitioner of the One Page Solutions® toolbox since 2005, and current CEO Laura Lamb credits the One Page Strategic Plan® with helping her leadership team and  board greatly expand the essential services they can offer aging adults.

Early in their journey, ERS developed a strategy to increase the number of affordable housing units to address the growing need for housing for lower-income seniors. Beginning with a base of 150 units, they tripled within two years, and now offer over 1800 units, a twelve-fold increase.

Based in Cincinnati, ERS serves older adults through senior living communities, as well as in-home and community-based services. They accommodate all levels of care including: Independent Senior Living, Senior Assisted Living, Assisted Living with Senior Memory Support, Long-Term Nursing Senior Care, and Short-Term Rehabilitation.
